ABOUT:   LINDA WARGA

Linda Warga began her study in the bodywork field in 2002.  After completing her initial training through the
Somerset School of Massage, she went on to obtain her National Certification the same year. The National
Certification for Massage Therapists has rigorous examinations and exacting standards assuring the highest
level of professionalism from its members. Continual study through accredited sources is required to
maintain certification through this national organization. Linda has continued to study various fields and
principles of massage including energetic and therapeutic courses. She has been actively working in the
field of massage and bodywork since receiving her initial certification in 2002.

Her continued studies in body movement therapies lead her into her studies in Pilates, which she began to
study in 2003. After completing over 550 hours in initial training plus receiving 100's of apprentice hours,
she completed her final examination and received her official designation as Certified Pilates Instructor in
2005 through the PhysicalMind Institute of New York. Again, she maintains her discipline of continual study
to keep the high standards she has set and reached for herself over her years in the field.

    ABOUT: DANI ALPERT

After 15 years in Los Angeles, working in the entertainment industry as a writer, performer and film director,
Dani returned to the East Coast and discovered her natural affinity for Pilates. Her love affair with movement
and the body started after her first ballet class when she was seven years old. Her years of dancing,
combined with an athletic background, makes her an intuitive and dynamic instructor.

Dani is an Ellie Herman and Balanced Body University-trained Pilates instructor, proficient on all Pilates
apparatus; The Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Springboard and Mat. Dani has taught in New
York City at The Ellie Herman Studio and The Monterey Swim and Athletic Club. She recently spent three
months working as an instructor at Pilates Plus, Strength in Clarity, and Willyʼs Gyms, all located on Cape
    Cod, Massachusetts.

Daniʼs passion and commitment to the mind body connection, her genuine interest in pain management, and
improving a clientʼs overall well-being, keeps her evolving as an instructor.

Dani believes in the work and takes the Pilates methodology seriously, however, she uses her years doing
stand-up comedy to ensure that the execution of the work is fun, and if sheʼs having a good day... funny.
